30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
“Delivery” means the date your package is marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
1. In the same condition you received it
2. Unused/unread and unmarked (no writing, no highlighting, no torn pages, no stains, no water damage, and no missing parts)
3. In original packaging, if applicable
4. Returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
How to Start a Return

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you want to return
3. The reason for the return
(If the item is damaged or incorrect, please also share photos.)

Free Return Shipping Label
If your return is accepted, we will email you a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
You can report these issues within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions listed above.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the item price and applicable tax (if any).
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If the Returned Item Doesn’t Meet Eligibility
If the returned item shows signs of use (including writing/highlighting) or is not in eligible condition, the refund may be declined.
